our long term rentals
Several of our units are available for long term rental. These studios and
apartments are fully furnished and for longer periods.

- These rentals are for a minimum of 3 months.  
- We do request a 1 month rent deposit.  
- A 1 month notice (opzegtermijn) applies.
The monthly rental price of the following units includes water, gas, electricity (not the
airco) and Wifi.  For a 3 month rental fully in high season (Dec - April)  the monthly rental
price is $300 more than the prices mentioned below ! This is not applicable with a longer
rental covering also the high season.
